National cricketer Usman Qadir has officially announced his retirement from international cricket via a message on his social media account.
In his statement, Qadir expressed gratitude to his coaches, teammates, and fans for their support throughout his career as an international player.
“It has been a tremendous honor to represent Pakistan. I appreciate the guidance from my coaches and friends who have supported me at every step. The love and encouragement from the fans have always meant a lot to me,” he stated.
Usman Qadir also shared his intention to uphold his father’s legacy after stepping away from cricket. “I will continue to carry forward my father’s legacy. The spirit of Pakistan cricket will always remain with me,” he added.
