Ali Amin Gandapur Clarifies: No Mention of Operation in Apex Committee Policy

RAWEALPINDI: Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur has emphasized that the recent policy discussions in the Apex Committee did not include any plans for a military operation. Speaking to reporters outside Adiala Jail following a meeting with Imran Khan, Gandapur highlighted that while stability in Pakistan was a key topic, there was no reference to undertaking any operation.

Gandapur asserted that significant improvements have been made in law and order, attributing this progress to strengthened efforts of law enforcement agencies including the CTD. He also mentioned diplomatic efforts, noting Imran Khan’s talks in Afghanistan and Pakistan’s commitment to regional stability.

Regarding recent changes in military leadership, Gandapur expressed views on internal military dynamics but refrained from speculating on operational strategies until clarity from ISPR (Inter-Services Public Relations) is provided.
