Watermark System Flops, Bootie Mafia Thrives as Sindh Exam Chaos Spirals Out of Control
Sukkur – (Web Desk) – A 9th-class biology question paper was circulated on social media before the exam even began in Sukkur, Ubaro, and Ghotki on Tuesday morning, raising serious concerns about the integrity of the examination system.
Sources reveal that the newly introduced watermark system — put in place to prevent cheating — completely failed to serve its purpose in Ghotki, leaving authorities red-faced.
What is more alarming is that an organized cheating network, commonly known as the “bootie mafia,” is reportedly operating openly and helping students cheat in their chemistry exam through a dedicated WhatsApp group — with little to no fear of consequences.
The students are taking full advantage of social media for solving their papers while freely using mobile phones inside the Examination Hall.

However, teams formed by the Sukkur Board to prevent duplication have also failed to stop the copying.
People on social media openly criticized the Sindh government for showing poor performance during the examination process. The district administration has failed to take any action against the paper circulation.
