Zaman’s 42 Off 41 Balls, Babar Azam Stays as Salman and Tayyab Fall

Karachi – Pakistan’s opening batsman, Fakhar Zaman, failed to make an impact in the match against New Zealand. He was unable to open the innings as Saud Shakeel joined Babar Azam at the crease.

Fakhar had earlier sustained an injury during the fielding in the first over of the match, suffering from knee pain, which forced him to leave the field twice. After receiving treatment, he returned to continue fielding till the end of the innings.

Zaman faced 41 balls, scoring only 42 runs, with a solitary boundary. Babar Azam remained present while Salman Agha and Tayyab Tahir were dismissed during the innings.
