‘We Will Face India Again in the Final’: Sahibzada Farhan
The “six-zero” gesture quickly went viral, igniting heated debates across social media platforms.
Dubai – Pakistan’s opening batsman Sahibzada Farhan revealed that he rarely celebrates after reaching fifty runs but made an exception during his recent innings against India. Speaking to reporters in Dubai, Farhan said, “When I scored a fifty against India, I immediately thought of celebrating. People don’t know what my celebration will mean, but it doesn’t matter.”
Farhan also praised his opening partner Fakhar Zaman, whose aggressive batting style boosted his confidence. “It was fun opening with Fakhar Zaman. I have worked hard to hit sixes and Insha Allah, we will win the match against Sri Lanka. All the players are confident for the next matches,” he added.
Reflecting on the India match, Farhan said it was “not a one-sided match,” and expressed optimism about facing India again in the final.
