Sana’a: The United States carried out airstrikes on Yemen’s capital Sana’a and other regions, leaving 8 people injured. According to Houthi media, two of the injured are children.

The U.S. Central Command confirmed the airstrikes, stating that the actions were in retaliation for Houthi militia attacks on global maritime routes and Saudi Arabia. The Central Command released a video providing details on the operation.

Following the U.S. strikes, there was widespread fear and panic in the city, with local authorities initiating immediate measures to provide medical assistance to the wounded.
