UAE President to Begin State Visit to China on May 30

A significant highlight of the visit will be the celebrations marking the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the UAE and China.

Abu Dhabi – UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan is set to embark on a state visit to the People’s Republic of China on May 30, following an invitation from Chinese President Xi Jinping.

During his visit, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed will engage in discussions with President Xi to strengthen bilateral relations and explore further cooperation in economic, developmental, and cultural fields. These talks will occur under the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership framework between the UAE and China, aimed at enhancing sustainable development and economic growth in both nations.

A significant highlight of the visit will be the celebrations marking the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the UAE and China. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed will also participate in the 10th Ministerial Conference of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum, further solidifying the UAE’s commitment to fostering Arab-Chinese collaboration.
