WASHINGTON: (Web Desk) – US President Donald Trump commended Pakistan’s leadership for its role in facilitating recent talks between the United States and Iran in Islamabad. He credited Field Marshal Asim Munir and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for their effective leadership in bringing both sides to the negotiating table.

Trump described Pakistan’s leadership as outstanding and acknowledged their diplomatic efforts, stating that their role helped prevent a potential large-scale conflict with India that could have resulted in significant loss of life.
