The driver of Sindh PTI President Haleem Adil Sheikh was shot dead by unidentified assailants near Chakar Hotel on the Super Highway in Karachi.
The incident took place close to the hotel, where the victim, 45-year-old Shahnawaz, was found with two bullet wounds. He was later taken to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for legal procedures, as confirmed by a rescue official.
According to police, Shahnawaz had left his home on his motorcycle around 7 AM, carrying a licensed firearm. However, neither the motorcycle nor the pistol was found at the scene of the crime.

Authorities suspect that the driver may have been killed at another location before his body was discarded near the hotel.
Haleem Adil Sheikh is a Pakistani politician who was a member of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh from August 2018 until August 2023. He served as the Leader of the Opposition from January 2021 to July 2023 and was the parliamentary leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in Sindh from August 2018 to January 2021. He currently holds the position of President of PTI for Sindh.
