Three New Educational Board Chairmen Appointed
The search committee conducted interviews with nine candidates
KARACHI: A search committee formed for the appointment of new chairmen of different educational boards approved appointments of three new chairmen of Karachi, Hyderabad and Mirpur Khas boards, here on Thursday.
Sources said that during the meeting, the committee approved Faqir Mohammad Lakho as Chairman of the Karachi Board.
Dr Shuja was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Hyderabad, and Col (R) Alamdar Raza was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Mirpur Khas.
The search committee conducted interviews with nine candidates. Faqir Mohammad Lakho obtained 55.9 numbers. Dr Shuja 55.8 numbers and Col (R) Alamdar Raza secured 55.4 numbers.
