Three Militants Killed in Intelligence-Based Operation in Tank District

Rawalpindi: Three militants were killed during an intelligence-based operation by security forces in Tank district, according to a statement released by the Pakistan Army’s Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Saturday.
The operation was carried out after security forces received intelligence reports about the presence of militants in the area. The statement confirmed that security personnel effectively targeted the militants’ hideout, leading to the death of three of them.
During the operation, security forces also recovered weapons and ammunition from the killed militants. These individuals were reportedly involved in several terrorist activities targeting both security forces and innocent civilians.

In addition to the operation, a sanitization effort was conducted in the area to ensure the elimination of any remaining militants. The ISPR emphasized that security forces remain committed to eradicating terrorism from the country.
