Previously, in November 2024, an anti-terrorism court in Lahore had rejected Khan’s bail pleas in cases tied to the May 9 incidents, including the attack on the residence of the Lahore corps commander.
Later, his request was also turned down by the Lahore High Court on June 24. Following that rejection, Khan moved the Supreme Court, which has now granted him relief in all eight cases.
