SUKKUR: The body of Ishtiaq Memon, the Assistant Controller of Examinations at Sukkur IBA University, was discovered at his residence on Sunday. According to police reports, Memon’s relatives, unable to reach him by phone, broke into his home, where they found him dead and his two sisters unconscious.
The sisters were immediately rushed to the hospital in critical condition. Authorities confirmed that the post-mortem of Memon’s body had been conducted at Civil Hospital, though the results have not yet been received. The police are currently investigating the cause of death, with the Sukkur SSP stating that more details would be revealed following the post-mortem report.
