Students Visit Okara Garrison, Explore Military Life

Students from the University College of Management and Sciences Khanewal recently visited the Pakistan Army at Okara Garrison, gaining insights into military life and operations.

During their visit, the students honored fallen soldiers by laying floral wreaths and offering prayers at the martyrs’ memorial. They received detailed briefings on the Pakistan Army’s role in national security, as well as information about military weapons and combat exercises.

The students were shown modern weaponry and small arms used in warfare and were given a tour of armored vehicles, providing them with a close-up view of military equipment.

This educational trip aimed to deepen the students’ understanding of military operations and equipment, while also paying tribute to the sacrifices of Pakistani soldiers. The students expressed their gratitude for the opportunity, highlighting the importance of respecting martyrs and recognizing the army’s contributions to national defense. The visit served as a valuable experience, bridging the gap between civilian students and military operations.
