ISLAMABAD: (Web Desk) – In a commanding display, Stars clinched the title at the National Women’s T20 Cricket Tournament after defeating Invincibles by a convincing 52-run margin in the final.
Opting to bat first, Stars posted a competitive total of 156 for nine in their 20 overs. Tooba Hasan anchored the innings with a steady 50, while Sidra Amin added a valuable 30 runs to strengthen the total.
Invincibles’ bowlers, including Amber Kainat and Momina Riasat, picked up two wickets each, but were unable to contain the scoring effectively.

Chasing 157, Invincibles faltered early and never recovered, eventually being bowled out for 104 in just over 16 overs. Muneeba Ali top-scored with 27 runs, but lacked meaningful support from the rest of the lineup.
Stars’ bowling attack remained disciplined throughout, with Tooba Hasan capping off an outstanding all-round performance by taking three wickets. Ayesha Bilal also impressed with three scalps, dismantling the opposition batting order.
The emphatic win highlighted Stars’ dominance, as they sealed the championship with a well-rounded performance in both batting and bowling.
