South Korean Hockey Team Visit Pakistan for Training and Practice Matches in Islamabad

South Korean – (Web Desk) – South Korean hockey team visit Pakistan is set to begin on July 27, 2026, marking a historic moment for the sport in the country. The tour will continue until August 9, 2026.

The visiting team will hold a training camp in Islamabad. They will also play practice matches during their stay. A full match schedule will be announced very soon.

Pakistan Hockey Federation President Mohiuddin Wani confirmed the news. He said that after a gap of 22 years, a foreign hockey team is visiting Pakistan. This is a proud moment for Pakistani hockey fans.

Wani said the arrival of the South Korean team will help promote hockey in Pakistan. It will also give Pakistani players a great chance to improve their game at a high level.

A 25-member group will travel with the South Korean hockey team during the visit. They will be present throughout their stay in Pakistan.

The PHF President also praised Pakistan’s security situation. He said the South Korean team’s decision to visit proves that Pakistan has the best security arrangements. The country is safe and ready to host international teams.

This visit is seen as a new beginning for international hockey in Pakistan.
