CHRISTCHURCH: (Web Desk) – South Africa sealed a 3-2 T20 series victory over New Zealand on Wednesday, thanks to a sensational innings by Connor Esterhuizen. The 24-year-old wicketkeeper smashed 75 off just 33 balls, featuring five fours and six sixes, guiding his side to 187-4.
In response, New Zealand struggled to keep up and were bowled out for 154-8, handing the visitors a 33-run win. Gerald Coetzee, Wiaan Mulder, and Ottneil Baartman all claimed two wickets each for South Africa. Bevon Jacobs top-scored for New Zealand with 36 runs.
