Punjab: Six deserving blind patients regained their sight in Department of Ophthalmology Unit 2, Teaching Hospital. On the occasion, Head of Ophthalmology Unit 2, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Rizwan, while talking to the media, said that the Department of Ophthalmology is officially approved by the Punjab Human Organ Transplant Authority for cornea transplant and in this regard, this facility is available to deserving patients completely free of charge. which is usually an operation worth 10 to 12 lakh rupees. Speaking on this occasion, Dr. Rizwan specially thanked Dr. Naila Rafique and Dr. Fawad Sahib who are living abroad for their efforts and full support from America.
