Singer Asim Azhar drops glimpse into family function

ISLAMABAD: Singer Asim Azhar treated fans to a glimpse of his family celebrations as he shared a fun video from a recent wedding function.

In the video, Asim can be seen holding his niece in his arms while enjoying the wedding celebrations.

Taking to Instagram, Asim captioned the post: “Because it’s trending & I love my golu molu niece, EVERYBODY SAY MASHA ALLAH FOR HER THANK.”

Asim is seen enjoying the festivities, sharing laughter and playful moments with his family.

Asim Azhar also set social media abuzz after he dropped his new track “Sugar Rush” from his album Asim Ali. But the excitement wasn’t just about the music-fans immediately noticed that he had credited a mysterious director named “Pari,” a name meaning beloved or fairy in Urdu.

The single word triggered speculation that Pari might have been a subtle nod to his ex-girlfriend Hania Aamir. The rumors intensified when Asim reposted Hania’s Instagram story, where she had been seen joyfully vibing to his song “U Got This.” He even added a heart-hands emoji and a crown, which fans interpreted as more than friendly appreciation.

This renewed interaction came after years of distance between the once-popular celebrity duo. However, the two had recently started liking, sharing, and reposting each other’s content again especially after Hania attended Asim’s concert in Karachi in August 2025.

While neither Asim nor Hania confirmed whether she was the “Pari” behind the camera, the mystery only added to the intrigue surrounding Asim’s new musical era.
