Sindh Minister Sharjeel Memon Calls for Consensus on Constitutional Amendment
Sindh Minister Sharjeel Memon stated that the government has sufficient support to pass a constitutional amendment but is striving for consensus.
Speaking at a press conference on Sunday, the senior PPP leader stressed the importance of reaching a mutually agreed draft that would serve the nation’s best interests.
Memon criticized former judges Iftikhar Chaudhry and Saqib Nisar, accusing them of weakening the judiciary, and called for the removal of barriers to achieving justice.
He also announced plans for a historic rally in Hyderabad on October 18 to honor the martyrs of the Karsaz tragedy.
