Sindh Education Launches Digital Transfer System for Teachers, Staff

ISLAMABAD: (Web Desk) – The Sindh Education Department has introduced a new e-transfer system for teachers and staff, aiming to streamline the traditional transfer process.

Following directives from Sindh Education Minister Sardar Shah, the department has digitized the transfer procedure, which will become operational from January 15. The system will be rolled out in phases, initially including teachers and later encompassing all employees, allowing applicants to track their transfer status online from home.

Officials say the digital platform will save time, cut costs, and reduce administrative hurdles. Minister Sardar Shah emphasized that modern technology will bring transparency to administrative processes and help eliminate favoritism and delays in teacher transfers.

Currently, the Sindh School Education Department employs 133,547 teachers, including 105,258 primary and 28,289 junior elementary educators.
