<Politicians’ fault pushed Army chief to intervene in economic affairs>
Pakistan Muslim League Quaid (PML-Q) President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has invited Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi to his house for reconciliation.
PML-Q President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain flanked by party’s Secretary General Tariq Bashir Cheema, Salik Hussain and other office bearers addressed a press conference in Islamabad on Monday.
Shujaat told media men that room of Ch Parvez Elahi is in front of his own room and he offered him reconciliation. He added that he wanted to change constitution of party.
PML-Q chief said what is the status of those who blame him? He said speaking the truth has become a sin in country.
He said politicians are responsible for the destruction of economy and the interference of the Army Chief in economic matters of the country is a failure to them (politicians).
Shujaat said he asked Imran Khan to appoint Moonis Elahi as a minister in his cabinet but he did not agree and offered a ministry for Salik Hussain.
Shujaat explained that Imran Khan had made a conversation about the corruption of Moonis Elahi with him and Tariq Bashir Cheema.
He said he has proud of his sons who didn’t speak without his permission though a campaign is being conducted against him on social media.
Former PM Shujaat Hussain also urged politicians that they need to correct their actions.
