Shoaib Malik’s Nephew Muhammad Huraira Set to Make Test Debut Against West Indies
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s star all-rounder Shoaib Malik’s nephew, Muhammad Huraira, is all set to make his Test debut tomorrow (January 17) in the series against the West Indies.
The Pakistan Cricket Board has confirmed the playing XI for the first Test match, where Huraira will join top-order batsmen including Shan Masood, Babar Azam, Kamran Ghulam, Saud Shakeel, and Muhammad Rizwan.
All-rounder Salman Ali Agha, alongside spinners Abrar Ahmed, Sajid Khan, and pacer Noman Ali, will complete the squad, aiming to challenge the West Indies on home soil.
Huraira, who impressed with a remarkable triple-century in first-class cricket in 2021, has already earned recognition from prominent figures like his uncle Shoaib Malik and other cricketing legends for his potential.
