Shehbaz confirms Pakistan is next SCO summit host.

Pakistan – (Special Correspondent / Web Desk) -Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif announced on Friday that Pakistan will host the next major meeting for the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO). He told officials that it is time to begin getting everything ready for the important event.

The Prime Minister stressed the need to prepare early. He mentioned plans to create new places for guests to stay and to make the capital city, Islamabad, more beautiful. He pointed out that Tajikistan recently gifted them many young trees. He said the city’s development team is working very hard to plant them across the area.

In addition to the city’s beautification, the Prime Minister also spoke about a new train project. He shared that the ministries for railways and internal affairs are teaming up. Their goal is to build a modern rail service that will connect Islamabad directly with Rawalpindi.
