Senior Lawyer Noor Badshah Fatally Shot in Mardan
Former Mardan Bar president Noor Badshah killed, three others injured in attack; police recover weapons, ongoing investigation underway.
Mardan – (Web Desk) – Former Mardan Bar Association president, Advocate Noor Badshah, was tragically killed on Tuesday when unidentified attackers opened fire in Mardan, leaving three others critically injured, according to 24NewsHD.
The attack occurred in the Toro Qayyumabad area. Among the wounded were Mamoon, Noor Badshah’s son, Sohail, son of Afsar Ali, and Fawwad, son of Ikram. Rescue 1122 teams quickly arrived at the scene and transported the victims to a hospital for medical treatment and autopsy.
Earlier in January 2026, Mardan police were involved in an operation against proclaimed offenders, during which three suspects were killed and three others managed to escape.

The deceased were wanted in several criminal cases, including the murders of Constable Azam Dad and Basit Ali, the police claimed.

Police said the suspects were killed in a firing by their own accomplices during the exchange.
Two Kalashnikov rifles and a pistol were recovered from the possession of the deceased.
The slain suspects were identified as Abrar, Yaqoob, and Raheemzada all of whom belonged to Swabi and Mardan districts.
