Sehar Hayat Speaks Out in Support of Samiya Hijab

Actress Sehar Hayat Defends Samiya Hijab Over Tamasha House Criticism

ISLAMABAD: (News Desk) – Pakistani TikToker and digital creator Sehar Hayat has publicly defended fellow influencer and Tamasha contestant Samiya Hijab, speaking out against the criticism and personal comments aimed at her during the reality show.

Currently in Makkah, Sehar shared her thoughts on Instagram Stories after watching the latest episode of Tamasha. She said content creators should support one another rather than publicly criticize or undermine members of their own community.

Sehar praised Samiya for taking part in the reality show and questioned why influencers sometimes face harsher treatment than ordinary participants. She argued that when an unknown person enters a reality show, viewers often welcome them and help turn them into a star, whereas someone from the influencer community can become the target of unnecessary criticism.

She was particularly concerned about discussions surrounding Samiya’s past. Sehar stressed that a person’s previous experiences should not be used to define their future, dignity or character.

Controversial remarks by Dr Umar Adil on actress Nargis spark online debate

“Who are we to decide her future based on her past?” Sehar questioned, emphasizing that a person’s respect and destiny ultimately rest with Allah. She added that even if someone has made mistakes or gone through difficult circumstances, others should not use those experiences as a reason to repeatedly shame or humiliate them.

The digital creator also objected to what she described as personal and character-focused remarks directed at Samiya inside the Tamasha house. According to Sehar, everyone deserves basic respect regardless of their past, mistakes or personal struggles.

Addressing Samiya directly, Sehar encouraged her to remain confident and continue standing up for herself despite the criticism. She assured the contestant that members of the influencer community were following her journey and supporting her.

Sehar concluded her message with words of encouragement, urging Samiya to stay strong, keep fighting and aim to leave the Tamasha house victorious.

Her comments come as the controversy surrounding Samiya’s treatment on the reality show continues to generate discussion among viewers and social media users, particularly over remarks relating to her personal history.
