BANNU: This morning, security forces successfully thwarted an attempted attack on the Kohati Gate check post in Bannu Cantt by the Hafiz Gul Bahadar group.
The terrorist group launched a coordinated early morning assault, but thanks to prior threat intelligence, the security forces were on high alert and managed to repel the attack.
