Rawalpindi: (Staff Reporter) Security forces gunned down a terrorist in an intelligence based operation in North Waziristan. Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the killed terrorist. The killed terrorists remained actively involved in terrorist activities against security forces and killing of innocent citizens, the ISPR release said.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), during conduct of the operation in general area of Mir Ali, North Waziristan Tribal District, and intense fire exchange took place between the troops and terrorists.
