The terrorists, attempting to breach the camp’s perimeter, were met with fierce resistance, resulting in the neutralization of two terrorists, including a suicide bomber and high-value target Umar alias Umari.
Umar alias Umari was notorious for his involvement in numerous terrorist activities targeting security forces and innocent civilians, including a recent attack on the convoy of Deputy Commissioner Sherani. However, during the intense exchange of fire, Havildar Jamshed Khan, 39, from Dera Bugti District, fought valiantly and made the ultimate sacrifice, embracing martyrdom.
