Security Forces Eliminate Four Terrorists in Intelligence-Based Operation in Kalat

Rawalpindi – Security forces conducted a successful intelligence-based operation in the Kalat District of Balochistan between 19 and 20 July, targeting militants linked to the proscribed group Fitna al Hindustan, which is believed to have foreign backing.
According to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the operation was launched following confirmed intelligence about the presence of the group’s operatives in the area. During a fierce exchange of fire, four militants were neutralized by Pakistani troops.
The statement added that weapons, ammunition, and explosives were recovered from the site. The slain individuals were reportedly involved in a number of terrorist activities in the region.
A follow-up sanitization operation is currently underway to ensure the area is cleared of any remaining threats. ISPR emphasized that Pakistan’s security forces remain resolute in their mission to eradicate terrorism and ensure national security, particularly in the face of foreign-sponsored threats.
The operation reflects the continued efforts of the Pakistani military to maintain stability in Balochistan and reinforce the country’s commitment to counterterrorism.
