Pakistan Forces Continue Operation Shaban Against Militants in Balochistan

Rawalpindi:  (Special Reporter) – Security forces have continued successful operations against militants in Balochistan under Operation Shaban, with security sources reporting that nine foreign terrorists were killed during recent actions.

According to security sources, the joint operation involving the Pakistan Army, Frontier Corps Balochistan, and police forces is targeting militant hideouts located in challenging mountainous and remote areas through coordinated air and ground operations.

The number of militants killed during Operation Shaban has now reached 52, while a total of 88 terrorists have been eliminated in security operations conducted across the region since July 5.

Security forces have reaffirmed their determination to continue Operation Shaban with full intensity until terrorist networks and their hideouts are completely dismantled from Balochistan.

The operation was initiated following a deadly attack in Ziarat, where nine police personnel were martyred in a terrorist assault on Mangi Dam Police Station.

Following the incident, the government and security institutions launched a coordinated strategy to dismantle militant infrastructure, eliminate terrorist elements, and restore lasting peace and security in the area.

The joint efforts of the Pakistan Army, Frontier Corps, and Balochistan Police are focused on protecting citizens, securing lives and property, and ensuring stability throughout the province.
