RIYADH: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has opened employment opportunities for Pakistani female nurses to join its growing healthcare sector.
A leading Saudi healthcare group is seeking qualified nurses under 40 years of age who hold a four-year Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BScN, 16 years) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Candidates who have already cleared the Prometric licensing examination will receive priority and may be called directly for interviews. The available role is for a special nurse, offering a monthly salary of SAR 4,500 for a seven-day work schedule, 12 hours per day.
Duties include roughly five to six hours of active patient care, with the remaining time on standby. Nurses opting for a six-day work week will earn SAR 500 less per month. The employer provides free shared accommodation with basic furnishings, air-conditioning, and attached washrooms, as well as free transport between the residence and workplace.

Economy-class air tickets from Pakistan to Jeddah are included at the start of employment and upon contract completion. The job package also offers 21 days of annual leave, with a return ticket to Pakistan provided every two years for contract renewals.
