Sajid Khan Vows Strong Performance for Pakistan, Eyes Future in White-Ball Cricket

MULTAN: Pakistan off-spinner Sajid Khan expressed his commitment to performing well for the national team during the ongoing series against the West Indies. Speaking at a press conference on Saturday, Khan reflected on his performance, stating his desire to take more wickets despite conceding some runs.

“I was looking to bag another wicket, which is why I conceded some runs late on,” Khan explained, noting that domestic cricket had provided him with solid experience, despite some challenges.

Khan remained optimistic about Pakistan’s chances in the series, believing that a target of over 300 runs would give them a good chance to defeat the West Indies. He mentioned that the team would devise their plan based on the West Indies’ strategy.

Looking ahead, Khan also expressed his hopes for future opportunities in white-ball cricket, stating, “If I get any opportunity, I will look to learn something new.”
