Rocket Attacks by Hezbollah Claim Lives in Northern Israel
Two Israelis Killed and Eight Injured as Majdal Krum is Targeted
Israel-(Special Correspondent): Hezbollah launched a series of rocket attacks on northern Israel, resulting in the deaths of two Israelis and injuries to eight others. The primary focus of the assaults was the Israeli town of Majdal Krum, with additional rockets striking the Carmel region, leading to substantial damage to buildings and vehicles.
The Israeli military stated that approximately thirty rockets were fired from Lebanon by Hezbollah. In retaliation, Israel conducted twelve airstrikes in Beirut, which resulted in multiple casualties, including the deaths of three journalists.
Reports reveal that the Israeli airstrikes specifically targeted a vehicle carrying journalists covering the conflict, along with areas like Haret Hreik, Bourj al-Barajneh, Chouifat, and Hadath. The ongoing violence has resulted in over 2,500 fatalities in Lebanon, displacing around 1.2 million individuals due to the conflict.
