Passenger Van Collides with Truck, Leaving 15 Others Injured; Investigation Underway
The tragedy unfolded when a passenger van, en route from Bhakkar to Multan, collided with a truck resulting in the immediate death of five men, three women, two children, and a girl.
The ill-fated family was travelling to visit relatives when the accident occurred, meanwhile more than 15 additional passengers sustained severe injuries.
The injured were swiftly transported to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Chowk Sarwar Shaheed by Rescue 1122 teams, where they are currently receiving medical care.
Police authorities have commenced an investigation to determine the cause of the collision.

On the other hand, initial reports suggested that the accident may have been caused by reckless driving, though a detailed inquiry is underway to ascertain the precise circumstances.
