Restructuring of govt departments on the cards, says CM Punjab

Maryam emphasised that without hard work and dedication, the dream of Punjab’s development cannot be realised.

LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif said that restructuring of government departments is on the cards. She said that this policy is under review to ensure better service delivery and good governance.

She made these remarks in her statement on United Nation’s Public Service Day. Today marks an important occasion to reaffirm the government’s dedication to enhancing public service, she said.

She highlighted the work being done by the provincial government for the welfare of the people and expressed her appreciation for the government employees who work with dedication and honesty.

She commended individuals who dedicate their lives to service with integrity and dedication, noting that their efforts are admirable.

Maryam emphasised that without hard work and dedication, the dream of Punjab’s development cannot be realised. She assured that the Punjab government is acutely aware of its primary responsibility to serve the people and improve their lives.
