Rawalpindi-Islamabad Metro Bus Suspended Today Amid Al-Quds Rally and Security Measures

Rawalpindi – (Web Desk) – The district administration has announced that the Metro Bus Service between Rawalpindi and Islamabad will be suspended today. This is due to the Al-Quds rally taking place.

The rally, called Youm-ul-Quds Himayat al Muzlimeen, will start at Darbar Sakhi Mehmood in Islamabad and end at Imrambargah Ashiq Husain Teelli Mohallah in Rawalpindi.

Authorities have suspended the bus service to ensure security during the event. On this occasion, religious scholars and mosque leaders will deliver special sermons during Friday prayers.

After the prayers, protest demonstrations and rallies will also be held. In these gatherings, voices of protest will be raised for the liberation of Al-Quds Al-Sharif, the first Qibla, from Zionist control, and participants will reaffirm their commitment that the banner for the freedom of the first Qibla will remain raised until the occupying Israeli dominance comes to an end.
