Rawalpindi Anti-Terrorism Court Issues Non-Bailable Arrest Warrants for Aleema Khan
The court directed the police to arrest Aleema Khan and produce her before the court on October 22.
RAWALPINDI: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has issued non-bailable arrest warrants against Aleema Khan, sister of former Prime Minister Imran Khan, due to her repeated failure to appear in court.
The case involves 11 accused, including Aleema Khan, related to the November 26 protest. The hearing was conducted by Judge Amjad Ali Shah at the ATC Rawalpindi.
While Aleema Khan remained absent, 10 other accused appeared before the court along with five prosecution witnesses, including those related to a property matter.
This marks the third time the court has issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Aleema Khan’s non-appearance. Additionally, non-bailable warrants were also issued against her guarantor, Umar Sharif.

The court directed the police to arrest Aleema Khan and produce her before the court on October 22.
Furthermore, the ATC instructed the Deputy Commissioner of Rawalpindi to verify the property documents of Umar Sharif, the guarantor.
