However, the Gladiators faced some setbacks as Captain Rilee Rossouw was bowled by Muhammad Zeeshan for 14 off 7 balls, and Sherfane Rutherford (20) was caught out off Salman Irshad’s delivery.

Salman Irshad proved to be the most successful bowler for Zalmi, claiming three wickets in four overs while conceding 38 runs. Aamer Jamal proved to be the most expensive, giving away 29 runs in just two overs at an average of 14.50. Dan Mousely managed an average of 7.33 runs in three overs without taking any wickets. Meanwhile, Luke Wood and Zeeshan each secured one wicket.
In their head-to-head encounters, Quetta Gladiators have emerged victorious in nine out of 21 matches against Peshawar Zalmi, who have won 12 games.
