Qatar Airways halts operations until March 6 amid airspace closure

Qatar Airways flights remain suspended until March 6 as airspace stays closed; passengers urged to check updates online regularly.

Qatar Airways – (Web Desk) – Qatar Airways has informed passengers that its flights will remain temporarily suspended until March 6 due to the ongoing closure of Qatari airspace.

The airline explained that services have been on hold since February 28 after the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority closed the airspace amid current tensions in the Middle East.

Qatar Airways also said passengers can expect another update on the status of operations at 9 a.m. on March 6. The airline added that it will resume flights only after an official announcement confirming the safe reopening of Qatari airspace.

The airline has advised all passengers to regularly check the latest flight updates through its official website, qatarairways.com, or the Qatar Airways mobile application before proceeding to the airport.
