Punjab Weather forecast: PDMA issues rain and heat alert across province
PDMA stated that a marginal decrease is being witnessed in pollution.
LAHORE: The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) issued a rain and rise in mercury alert across Punjab from April 8 to 11, here on Tuesday.
The PDMA said Lahore will receive rain from April 9 to April 10. The minimum temperature of the city was 30 degrees centigrade, while the maximum temperature was likely to touch 39 degrees centigrade.
The level of moisture in the air is 39 percent. PDMA warned people to adopt precautionary measures due to the rise in mercury.

The percentage of smog in Lahore reached 183 percent.
The Air Quality Index (AQI) in Zaki Farmhouse was 245, IVY Green 227, DHA 200, Diamond Paint 200, Askari-10 195, Syed Maratib Ali Road 192, Valencia 191, and Raiwind 195.
