Punjab releases 8th grade board exams schedule officially
Punjab announces 8th grade board exams schedule, staff appointments, and new safety measures for March exams across all schools.
Punjab – (Web Desk) – The schedule for 8th grade board exams in Punjab has been officially announced. According to the Punjab Education Curriculum Training and Assessment Authority (PECTAA), exams are expected to take place during the first or second week of March.
Authorities have issued instructions to appoint supervisory staff for the exams, while CEOs have been directed to ensure all positions are filled through the online system.
Additionally, heads or deputy heads of schools will be assigned as Resident Inspectors to oversee the examinations.
Superintendent and test administrator will not be able to perform duty in their own school.
One test administrator will be appointed for every 40 candidates.
Android mobiles will be used for barcode scanning at exam centers.

Directions to complete the appointment of staff by February 14 have been issued.
Preferably female staff will be appointed for female candidates.
