Punjab CM Maryam launches digital traffic challan App-One

New App-One system enables instant verification, video-based challans, digital enforcement, and transparent traffic management across Punjab for all road users.

Punjab – (Web Desk) – Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has launched the digital traffic challan application, App-One. According to an official spokesperson, this marks the first time a nationwide traffic enforcement system based on verified evidence has been introduced.

Under the new system, traffic challans will include secure and verifiable video footage of violations, ensuring greater transparency and accountability in enforcement.

Identity cards, driving license and stolen vehicles will be verified on the spot.

The ownership of vehicles, fitness certificate and rout permit will also be verified.

The digital action will also be taken on violations of environment and encroachments.

E-challans, FIR status and criminal record will be checked under integrated system.

Registration of cases on point system and traffic violations will be started in second phase.

The details of traffic violations will be received to the citizens through QR code.
