PTM’s Anti-Pakistan Activities Exposed: Information Minister

Islamabad-(Mudasssar Iqbal)-Information Minister Ataullah Tarar delivered a significant speech regarding the Pashtun Protection Movement (PTM). Tarar stated that PTM’s activities over the past six months have been detrimental to Pakistan, citing incidents where the Pakistani flag was burned and embassies abroad were attacked.

The minister revealed that investigations uncovered foreign funding supporting PTM’s anti-Pakistan narrative, with Afghan involvement in the attacks. Consequently, PTM was banned following conclusive evidence.

Tarar emphasized that Pakistan’s economy is stabilizing, with the rupee appreciating and inflation decreasing. He acknowledged the crucial role Pashtuns have played in Pakistan’s development, referring to them as “brothers.”

The minister stressed that organizations are declared illegal based solely on evidence and no political party can be allowed to harm Pakistan or its ideology. Peaceful protests are permitted, but destabilizing activities won’t be tolerated.

Tarar assured that the government will prioritize Pakistan’s development and stability. With improving economic indicators, international financial institutions have praised Pakistan’s initiatives. The Prime Minister has instructed Chief Ministers to communicate the benefits of reduced inflation to the public.

The minister extended an invitation to PTM to rejoin the mainstream and contribute to Pakistan’s development, emphasizing that their survival depends on Pakistan’s existence.
