Speaking at the meeting, Chief Minister Suhail Afridi said that equipping the police with modern technology, training, and adequate resources remains a top priority of the provincial government.

Earlier, during a separate Peace Jirga in Bara, Suhail Afridi addressed concerns regarding his nomination and called for the immediate release of pending dues to the merged districts. “We don’t want charity; we demand our rightful share,” he stated, announcing that Peace Jirgas would be organized in every district to strengthen the province’s peace efforts.
