PTI Senator Sania Nishtar has officially resigned from her Senate seat, as confirmed by the Senate Chairman’s office.
Sources indicated that Nishtar’s decision to leave her position was due to personal reasons.
Elected from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in 2021, Nishtar focused on social welfare and healthcare reform during her tenure. Her resignation marks a significant shift in the Senate, where her efforts and contributions were widely appreciated.
