PTI Leaders Share Eid Message from Kot Lakhpat Jail
LAHORE (Web Desk) – Senior leaders of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf currently imprisoned in Kot Lakhpat Jail have issued a joint message to the nation on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.
Among those who signed the letter are party Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi and senior leader Yasmin Rashid, along with other detained members. They extended Eid greetings, noting that this marks their sixth Eid spent in confinement over the past three years.
In their message, the leaders expressed concern over rising challenges in the country, including terrorism and inflation, stating that these issues have deeply affected the public. Despite hardships, they highlighted the resilience of the Pakistani people and their tradition of sharing happiness even with limited means.

The letter also touched on regional developments, mentioning the ongoing tensions involving Iran and the broader Middle East, and expressing concern over the impact on peace and global stability.
