PTI Expels 13 Gilgit-Baltistan Assembly Members, Including CM Haji Gulbar Khan

Gilgit-Baltistan; In a significant political development, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has expelled 13 members of the Gilgit-Baltistan Assembly for alleged betrayal of the party and its founder. The expelled members include Chief Minister Haji Gulbar Khan and several prominent figures who reportedly formed a forward bloc and voted against party directives.

An official notification was issued by the Central Additional General Secretary of PTI confirming the expulsion of the following 11 additional members:

• Raja Azam

• Raja Nasir Ali Khan

• Syed Amjad Zaidi

• Dilshad Bano

• Soraya Zaman

• Haji Shah Baig

• Mushtaq Ahmed

• Shams Lone

• Abdul Hameed

• Maulana Fazlur Rahim

• Haji Gulbar Khan (CM Gilgit-Baltistan)

These expulsions follow the earlier removal of two members, including Fathullah, bringing the total number of dismissed assembly members to 13.

PTI has strictly prohibited all expelled individuals from using the party’s name, flag, or any official designation, warning of legal consequences for non-compliance.
