PTI alleges Aleema Khan’s son was abducted from his home

Lahore police confirm the arrest, but the PTI party alleges it was a violent abduction.

Lahore – (Special Correspondent / Web Desk) – Tensions are high after Lahore police arrested Shahrez Khan, the son of Imran Khan’s sister, Aleema Khan. The arrest is connected to the May 9 protests.

However, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party tells a different story. They allege that plainclothes men forcibly took Shahrez from his home.

The party claims the men broke down doors, harassed the family, and assaulted household staff. They have strongly condemned the action, calling it a violation of human rights and “fascism”.

PTI leaders have spoken out, demanding Shahrez’s immediate and safe release. They state he was previously stopped from travelling at Lahore Airport.

Police officials initially said they had no information but later confirmed the arrest was a lawful operation in a May 9-related case.
