PSX Gains 500 Points in Early Trading, Reaches 92,525
The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) opened on a positive note today, with the KSE-100 Index rising by 500 points to hit 92,525, rebounding from Thursday’s close of 92,021, which had reflected a 282-point drop.
In currency exchange, the Pakistani rupee saw a slight improvement against the US dollar, as the interbank rate fell by four paisas to Rs277.85, compared to Thursday’s closing rate of Rs277.89.
Analysts attribute this upward trend to heightened investor confidence and favorable economic indicators, forecasting further gains in upcoming sessions.
